The ‘Eagles’ returned with a mighty impressive haul of twenty-two medals fourteen of which were gold.
 
With far too many PB’s, Club Records, and personal milestones achieved by the squad it's impossible to list them all, so a simple well done to all for an excellent meet will have to do!
 
Special mention must go to the ‘golden girls’ of Julie (1 European and 3 British Records plus 5 gold’s), Lindsey (British Record and 2 gold’s), Ruth (2 gold’s), and Kath (2 gold’s) for some truly exceptional swimming over the three days.
 
Dave ensured the men also contributed to the medal table with a fine silver in the 400m Individual Medley.
 
Manager Clive once again did the calculations to select two outstanding relay teams who both came agonisingly close to breaking British Records.  The mixed team of Lindsey, Julie, Dave and Garry collected 1 gold and a silver with the 200yrs Ladies team of Ruth, Kath, Lindsey and Julie picked up two gold’s.
